Granny Sue’s Chicken Salad
Im a huge fan of the “chicken salad”. Mostly because of the multiple ways you can adjust, adapt and create new flavor combinations and textures. On a recent live Ashton shares her Granny Sue’s Chicken Salad recipe with our FoodTokTV family

Granny Sue’s Chicken Salad
Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts or 4 chicken thighs, pressure cooked until tender & chopped
1/2 cup green grapes, diced or 1/4 cup green grapes diced and 1/4 cup red grapes diced
1 small bag of pecans, chopped
3-4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/2 large sweet onion, diced
1 tbsp of sweet pickled relish
1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise
salt & black pepper to taste
Recipe:
Cook your chicken until tender. Once done chop it up and allow to cool.
In a bowl add all of the remaining ingredients and mix together.
Once chicken has cooked add the chicken to the bowl.
Season to Taste.
Refrigerate for at least two hours or over night.
Serve and enjoy with some ritz crackers or in a sandwich.
