Golden Yukon Potatoes Bites Seasoning With Italian Herbs

For all you potato lovers, here is a simple but tasty side dish.

GOLDEN YUKON POTATOES BITES SEASONING WITH ITALIAN HERBS

( SERVES 6 )

INGREDIENTS

  • Bag small golden Yukon potatoes.

  • 5 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 1 tablespoon Italian herbs seasoning (the brand you prefer)

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika

FOR THE MAYONNAISE

  • 1 egg

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice or lemon

  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt

  • 5 gloves of garlic

  • 10 leaves fresh basil

  • 1 cup vegetable oil

PREPARATION

  1. Boil the potatoes with water and 2 tablespoon of salt

  2. When potatoes are ready, take off the heat

  3. Smash the potatoes, add the olive oil, salt, Italian herbs seasoning, black pepper and paprika and over the potatoes.

  4. Pre heat the oven 350 degrees, put the potatoes in the oven and set the clock for 25 minutes.

  5. Our mayonnaise is easy to make: take the blender, add egg, lime juice, salt, garlic gloves, basil leaves

  6. Blend and add the vegetable oil a little at a time. When the mayonnaise is thickened, it’s ready.

  7. When our potatoes is ready, plate garnish and  serve.
