Fruit Tanghulu

OctoberDragonFly's fruit skewers are dipped into hot sugar for a refreshing and crunchy treat
 

Ingredients

  • ½ lbs fruit

  • 1 ½ cup granulated sugar

  • ¾ cup water

 

Directions

  1. Wash fruit and add to skewers

  2. In a pot add sugar and water on medium heat (DO NOT STIR) for 15-20 minutes, until it reaches 300F 

  3. Dunk skewers into the melted sugar and immediately transfer to bowl with ice and transfer to baking sheet

    Enjoy your fruity treat!
