Frozen Piña Colada

 

Ingredients

  • 4 oz ice

  • 1 shot or 2 oz coconut rum

  • 2 oz pineapple juice

  • 1 ½ ounces​ cream of coconut

  • 1 lime wedge, optional

  • Pineapple wedge, for garnish

  • Maraschino cherry, for garnish

 

Directions

  1. Pour the coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut into a blender filled with ice.

    *For a slightly less sweet colada, squeeze the juice of a lime wedge into the blender as well.

  2. Blend on high until creamy smooth.

  3. Serve in your favorite glass and garnish with cherry lime, wedge or pineapple wedge.
