Frozen Piña Colada
Ingredients
4 oz ice
1 shot or 2 oz coconut rum
2 oz pineapple juice
1 ½ ounces cream of coconut
1 lime wedge, optional
Pineapple wedge, for garnish
Maraschino cherry, for garnish
Directions
Pour the coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut into a blender filled with ice.
*For a slightly less sweet colada, squeeze the juice of a lime wedge into the blender as well.
Blend on high until creamy smooth.
Serve in your favorite glass and garnish with cherry lime, wedge or pineapple wedge.
