Espresso Whip

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

  • 1 teaspoon espresso powder

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Directions

  1. Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and espresso powder together in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.

  2. Add vanilla extract and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.

  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to use.
