Creamy Parmesan Roasted Cabbage Wedges

Ingredients
1 small green cabbage, cut into 6-8 wedges
* 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
* ½ cup heavy cream
* ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
* 2 cloves garlic, minced
* ½ tsp paprika
* ½ tsp dried thyme (or Italian seasoning)
* Salt and black pepper, to taste
* Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish
Directions
Preheat Oven – Set oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Cabbage – Cut the cabbage into wedges, keeping the core intact so they hold their shape.
Season & Roast – Sear the cabbage first with olive oil. Once seared, place the wedges on the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil or melted butter and season with salt, pepper, paprika, and thyme. Roast for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Make the Creamy Parmesan Sauce – In a small bowl, mix heavy cream, minced garlic, and half of the Parmesan cheese.
Add Creamy Coating – Remove cabbage from the oven and spoon the creamy mixture over each wedge. Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and optional breadcrumbs.
Finish Roasting – Return to the oven and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
