Chocolate Covered Stuffed Dates

Ingredients

  • 12 dates  to 18

  • Chocolate chips

  • Coconut flakes

  • 2 cups Melting Chocolate

  • Almond butter or peanut butter

  • Coconut oil

Materials

  • Cookie sheet

  • Parchment paper

  • 2 bowls

  • Spoons

Make It

1 slice open and remove all pits

2  in a bowl mix chocolate chips coconut flakes and nut butter as much as desired

3 stuff the dates with the mixture and close  it up

4 melt the chocolate with coconut oil in microwave 30 seconds  sir than 30 more seconds  in the second bowl

5  dip the stuffed date  till fully covered

6 put in freezer for 15 mins

7 serve and enjoy
