Bulgogi Beef Short Ribs

 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dark soy sauce

  • 3 tbsp grated ginger

  • 8 garlic cloves crushed or grated

  • 2 scallion stalks chopped

  • 4 tbsp sugar

  • 3 tbsp gochujang

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

  • 1 pear grated

  • Flanken Style Beef Short Ribs

 

Directions

Combine ingredients in a bowl together and whisk to combine.

Marinate Ribs in refrigerator submerged in marinade for at least 4 hrs.

On your grill over medium heat, grill ribs for about 8 minutes flipping every two minutes. These ribs are tender, moist with alot of rendered fat.
