April Fools Mini Chicken-Pot-Pie Puddings Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 vanilla puddings ready and made with my recipe here:

  • 1/4 cup dried apricots, cut into little cubes

  • 1/8 cup dried apples, cubed

  • 1/4 cup green candy like starbursts, cubed smaller 

Directions

1. dd pudding to the pie shell cups. 

2. Top with candy & fruit toppings. 

3. Serve as mini-chicken-pot-pies but they’re actually a delightful dessert!
