* What up, Homies!* I'm Benjamin, a.k.a. @cooking_w_father_preneur. I’ve spent over 20 years in the hospitality/food & beverage world, with 15 of those as a Food & Beverage Director at resorts and country clubs. Now, I’m not a chef—just a dude who loves good food and has plenty of experience behind the scenes. Throughout my career, I had to learn all aspects of the biz—cooking, drinking, serving—you name it. Now, I’m all about providing delicious meals for my family and guests, and I love sharing my passion for food with others. Cooking side-by-side with people, teaching them tricks to save money and make their kitchen game stronger—that’s my jam.
