My name is Nella Baci and I have been cooking since I could remember.
My passion came from my grandmas whom I grew up with. And having that opportunity to see how much love they put into their food and dessert creations was an amazing feeling for me. But seeing other people’s faces and their satisfaction after eating the food was priceless.
My background is in Italian cuisine, but I have felt in love with every culture from around the world. So I have not only traveled around the globe but had the opportunity to enjoy the foods and fall in love with every culture and every corner of it! So I love to bring all this love and passion to all my customers and every person I can reach.
For me, food is the love language, where I can bring you the love, and culture from that part of the world and make you feel satisfied and happy!
Plus you got the opportunity to bring your taste buds around the world. Plus the win-win for me is that you never get tired of cooking because you are feeling inspired by every corner from around the globe and for me is a way of bringing everyone close to each other on each plate of food or dessert with all my heart on it!
