Ingredients

• Eggs

• 3 Tbsp butter

• Bacon, diced

• Bread of choice

• Salsa

• Sour cream

Avocado Mash

• 2 avocado mashed

• 1 small shallot diced

• 1 tbsp garlic minced

• Salt and pepper to taste

• Juice of of one lime

• ½ cup tomato diced

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients for the avocado spread together and enjoy. Use on avocado toast, as a chip dip, or a topping for your favorite Tex mex dish.

2. How to baste the egg:

   Add 1 tablespoon of butter to a pan over medium heat. Carefully crack an egg into the butter then add 2 tablespoons of butter and cover with a lid for two minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.

3. Fry the bacon until the bacon is at your desired crispiness.

4. Toast the bread and build the avocado toast with the avocado mash spread on the toast. Add bacon, the basted egg, sour cream, and salsa. Enjoy!
