Thanksgiving Egg Rolls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup leftover turkey, chopped

  • 1 cup leftover stuffing or dressing

  • 1 cup leftover mashed potatoes

  • 1 cup leftover green bean casserole

  • 12 egg roll wrappers

  • OIl for frying

  • Cranberry Sweet & Spicy Chili Sauce

  • 1 cup jellied cranberry sauce

  • 1 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

  • 1 tablespoons chili oil

  • 1 teaspoons dijon mustard

Directions

  1. For the Egg Rolls

  2. Mix turkey, dressing, green beans and mashed potatoes together.

  3. Place a spoonful onto an egg roll wrapper, roll and seal it with water around the edges.

  4. Repeat until all filling is used.

  5. Heat oil in large, deep pan on high heat to approximately 350 degrees.

  6. Cook 5-6 egg rolls at a time, turning occasionally, until browned all over, approximately 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown

  7. Drain on paper towels.
