Stuffed Cheese Biscuits with Garlic Parmesan Butter

These Stuffed Cheese Biscuits with Garlic Parmesan Butter are a decadent treat. Each biscuit is packed with gooey cheese and topped with buttery garlic and Parmesan for a savory twist. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or side dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 can of biscuits

  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (or cheese of your choice)

  • ½ stick of butter, melted

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Roll each biscuit out flat on a clean surface. Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each biscuit. Fold the edges of the biscuit around the cheese, pinching to seal, and place seam-side down in a baking dish.

  3. Melt the butter and mix it with the grated Parmesan cheese and garlic powder. Brush the garlic Parmesan butter generously over the tops of the biscuits.

  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
