Spicy Korean Chili Paloma
Ingredients
2 oz Blanco tequila
3 oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.5 oz agave syrup (adjust to taste)
1 Korean orange chili, thinly sliced (for garnish and a subtle heat)
Grapefruit soda (to top)
Tajín seasoning (for rim)
Ice
Directions
Moisten the rim of a highball glass with a lime wedge. Dip the rim in Tajín seasoning for a spicy, tangy kick.
In a cocktail shaker, add the tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, lime juice, and agave syrup. Add ice and shake well.
Strain into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top with grapefruit soda.
Add thin slices of Korean orange chili to the drink for added flavor and garnish with a small wedge of grapefruit or lime.
