Rudolph the Italian Cheese Ball

The classic cheeseball gets a holiday makeover to look like a famous reindeer! This cheeseball has cream cheese, mozzarella, walnuts, and Christmas cheer

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup finely chopped walnuts

  • 2 pretzel twists

  • 2 black olives

  • 1 cherry tomato

Directions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and shredded mozzarella cheese. Mix until well blended and smooth.

  2. Form the cheese mixture into a round ball and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or until firm.

  3. Once the cheese ball is firm, roll it in the finely chopped walnuts. Insert the pretzel twists on top of the cheese ball to resemble antlers. Place the black olives on the front for eyes. Add the cherry tomato in the center to create Rudolph’s iconic red nose.

    Pair with crackers or veggies of choice
