Rice Paper Shrimp Dumplings
Ingredients
Rice paper
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1 cup carrot, shredded
2 green onions, sliced
1 cup shrimp, thawed
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
1 Tbsp sweetener of choice
1 Tbsp sesame oil
Directions
Combine the soy, oyster sauce, sweetener, and sesame oil.
Toss the rest of the ingredients with the sauce and mix well
Soak the rice paper in cold water until pliable, then place your filling in the center of the lower third of the wrapper, fold the bottom edge up over the filling, tuck in the sides, and roll it up tightly
Add to air fryer at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
