Mustard Seed Raita
Ingredients
1 ½ cups yogurt
Splash milk
1 tbsp oil (I used mustard oil, but I like to break the law)
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 clove garlic
1 tsp grated ginger
½ tomato diced
1 cucumber, seeded and diced
½ onion diced
1 tsp salt
Directions
Heat the oil in a skillet on medium heat, and fry the cumin and mustard seeds until fragrant. Add the garlic for 60 seconds, and take it off the heat.
Pour the yogurt in a mixing bowl, thinning it out with the splash of milk.
Add the skillet mix to the yogurt along with the onion, tomato, and cucumber.
