Mr Crown's Party Ribs

Ingredients

  • 2 slabs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)

  • Your Favorite BBQ Rub

  • 1-2 Cups BBQ Sauce of your choice

  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar

  • 1 Stick Butter, sliced into small pats

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 275°F (135°C).

  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and cut into individual ribs.

  3. Season each side of the ribs generously with your favorite BBQ Rub.

  4. Place the ribs in smoker or in the oven and cook for 1 hour,  then flip them and cook for another 30 mins or until they hit about 165 degrees.

  5. Remove from the smoker and place in a foil pan. Cover with your favorite BBQ sauce. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and place the butter pats on top.

  6. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and cook for one more hour or until they are as tender as you like!

    Serve hot and enjoy!
