Matcha Chiffon Cake

Ingredients

  • 100g Silky tofu

  • 20g Sugar

  • 20g Lakant (monk fruits sugar)

  • 2 Eggs

  • 20g Okara powder or almond powder

  • 3g Matcha green tea powder

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and move to a microwavable dish

  2. Microwave for 5 minutes

  3. Carefully remove from microwave, slice, and serve
