Ham Tetrazzini

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups diced ham

  • 8 ounces spaghetti

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • ½ medium onion, diced

  • 6 ounces mushrooms, sliced

  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup

  • ½ cup milk

  • ¼ teaspoon white pepper

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

  • 1 cup cooked peas

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare the spaghetti according to the package instructions in salted water. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sliced mushrooms, cooking until the onion is soft and the mushrooms are browned.

  3. Stir in the condensed soup, milk, white pepper, and black pepper until well combined.

    Add the diced ham, cooked peas, cheddar cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir and cook over medium heat until the cheese is fully melted. Adjust seasoning with salt if needed.

  4. Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet, tossing everything together until evenly coated.

    Optional: For a spicy twist, add ½ teaspoon of crushed red pepper flakes.
