This week on my lunch time live I took a walk down memory lane and remade a favorite Ham & Pickle salad sandwich. I grew up with this forgotten sibling to the ubiquitous tuna and egg salads and have some great memories (you can hear about those stories by catching the YouTube version of live) . During the LIVE Frank also shared one of his favorite dairy free treats and made Molly Yeh’s Motza Magic Bars
