Green Enchilada Sauce

Ingredients

  • 6 tomatillos

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • Cilantro to taste

  • ½ white onion

  • 1 T Knorr chicken powder

  • 2 pickled jalapenos

  • Salt to taste at end if needed.

Directions

  1. Boil tomatillos, garlic and onion until tomatillos are turning dull in color. Do NOT overcook or let them burst, as it will be bitter.

  2. Add to blender with liquid. Add Knorr, cilantro and jalapenos. Blend. Add water if needed to thin it out.

  3. Taste and just for salt.
