Gluten-free Crab Puffs to Flourless Chocolate Cake

On Tues August 16th, our very our Social Media Superstar @GlutenFreeMammaAnn will go live bringing us several of her favorite recipes for those with food sensitivities. I asked here to share a few thoughts and list the two recipes she will be doing on the Live.


Have you ever made crab puffs with gluten-free bread crumbs ?

Well now here’s your chance with this recipe. It will be a mouth full of flavors !  This recipe is adapted from one I found at Bettycrocker.com

A few notes of this recipe:

  • Please make sure you get a can of real crab meat ! You can get them at all of your local groceries don’t forget you can always ask a worker to help you find anything !

  • You can use non fresh ingredients like dried seasonings but I always like to use fresh herbs . I believe in a mouth full of wonderful fresh flavors.

Well have no fear momma is here ! These flourless brownies are not scary at  all to make I promise you ! It is very simple and easy to make ! You can use dairy free butter ! That is what I do and I love it a lot .  

These are no joke and will please everyone in your home !  I have noticed there will be times you have to continue to keep it in the oven tho . You will see on the fork some goo. But you just got to make sure it’s not liquid. Also note that these are very rich in sugar so if you are a diabetic I recommend you not to eat them or only have a small piece . Also if you want you can eat ice cream with it !!! It’s so good
