Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of russet potatoes

  • 1 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper or season to taste

  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder

  • 1/4 cup of olive oil

  • 1 stick of melted butter

  • 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons of minced garlic

  • 1/8 cup of fresh parsley

  • 1/2 a cup of shredded parsley

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°

  2. Clean and slice your potatoes in strips Season your potatoes with salt, pepper and garlic powder, then toss potatoes in olive oil

  3. Spread out on a greased sheet pan and place in oven for 35 minutes (flip over half way through)

  4. In a separate bowl Melt your butter, add 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, and 1/8 cup of fresh parsley, start until well incorporated and sit to the side

  5. When potatoes are finished immediately toss them in butter mixture. Top them with fresh shredded Parmesan and parsley.
