This Crushed Croissant sandwich really crushed my heart! It took a lot out of me to steam roll over so many buttery flaky layers, but this viral video talked me in to it. The crunch of the honey on this sandwich was a very nice touch and definitely worked well with balancing out the saltiness of the pesto sauce which we made simply out of mixing mayonnaise and pesto. Although the flavors were so good and worked so well together, don’t think I will be making this again. The over all dish was a little too messy, and the effort did not pay out high enough for me to go on this adventure a second time. I give this a one time try, for science 🙂
