Chicken Bacon Ranch Deep Dish Pizza

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup warm water

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 1 tablespoon active dry yeast

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2-2½ cups all purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Sauce

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ¼ cup butter

  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese

  • ⅓ cup shredded parmesan cheese

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ cup ranch seasoning

    Toppings

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup cooked chopped chicken

  • ½ lb cooked chopped bacon

  • ½ sliced red onion

  • 1 diced tomato

  • Chives

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9” baking dish with cooking spray.

  2. Make the dough: In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, yeast, and sugar. Stir well and let mixture sit for 5 minutes.

  3. Gently stir in oil. Add 2 cups flour and mix in until a ball forms. The dough will be slightly sticky.

  4. Transfer to a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth, adding up to ½ cup flour. Place dough ball in prepared baking dish & set aside.

  5. Make the sauce: In a medium saucepan, add cream and butter. Cook over low heat until butter melts, stirring frequently.

  6. Add cream cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and ranch seasoning. Cook until melted & combined, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and it’s ready to put on your pizza!

  7. Using your hands, spread the dough ball evenly into bottom of pan. Spread the sauce over the dough.

  8. Top with cheeses, chicken, bacon, red onion, tomato & chives.

  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
