Chicken Alfredo Stuffed Shells

Ingredients
1 box jumbo shells cooked to package directions
2 bags frozen broccoli florets, microwaved to package directions
Shell Filling
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup mozzarella shredded cheese
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
2 tsp parsley
2 eggs
2 cups cut up pre bought rotisserie chicken
Alfredo
4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp flour
2 cups milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup fresh parsley
2 Tbsp fresh basil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Combine the filling ingredients and set to the side. You will fill your shells with this after the alfredo is done.
In a medium saucepan, melt the butter. Add the flour, stir until combined, and let cook a minute or two, then whisk in the heavy cream. Whisk in the milk and seasonings,
Add 1 cup of mixture to the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish
Stuff each shell with the filling mixture and layer pan on top of alfredo sauce.
Add 2 bags of frozen broccoli florets microwaved to directions into the remaining alfredo sauce and pour over the top of the shells. Add remaining parmesan cheese and 1 cup mozzarella on top of sauce
Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes. Allow to cool and enjoy!
