Carnivore Zero Carb Pancakes

Can you believe these pancakes only have two ingredients? Eggs and gelatin powder transform into high protein, gluten free, and dairy free pancakes. Top with your choice of fruit, syrup, and butter to get the complete pancake fix

Ingredients

  • 5 eggs

  • 2 tbsp gelatin powder

Directions

  1. Separate egg whites and yolks. 

  2. Beat the egg whites until frothy with an electric mixer.

  3. Add the gelatin powder, gradually while mixing until stiff peaks. 

  4. In a separate bowl, whisk your egg yolks, then fold into the egg whites once they are very stiff

  5. Heat skillet over medium-low heat.

    Add butter and pour batter into the skillet.

  6. Cover with a lid and cook until the top of the pancake is set (about 2 mins).

  7. Flip over, and cook for a few minutes, covered, until completely done.

  8. Repeat with the rest of the batter.
