Broiled Stuffed Tomatoes
Ingredients
4 Roma Tomatoes, hollowed out
1 Tablespoon Butter
12 Marinated Mozzarella cheese balls
¼ c Breadcrumbs, seasoned
Salt, Pepper, Basil
Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Chop the top off the tomatoes and scoop out the inner parts, careful to leave the tomatoes in tact.
Load the tomatoes with mozzarella and top with Italian breadcrumbs and basil.
Broil tomatoes until the cheese is melted and the breadcrumbs are crisp.
Drizzle with basalmic & basil
