Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 roll pre-made pizza crust

  • 1 lb sausage of your choice

  • ¼ cup of flour

  • 2 cups of milk

  • 6 eggs

  • 3 tbs heavy whipping cream

  • 1 can of mild cheddar

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

  1. Roll out of dough into a circle pizza pan (or any shape) lightly brush with olive oil.

  2. In a skillet on medium high, brown ground sausage.

    While sausage is cooking scramble 6 eggs, adding in 3 tbs milk and cook until just soft. Do not fully cook eggs through as they will continue to cook in the oven.

  3. Once the sausage is cooked, remove half of the ground sausage, and set aside. Add ¼ cup of flour and mix until combined.

    Slowly add in 2 cups of milk and cook over medium high until it begins to thicken and then lower heat and allow to fully thicken.

  4. Spread 1 can of mild cheddar cheese sauce (can also use nacho cheese) to the crust.

    Layer gravy on top of cheese to liking.

  5. Add extra sausage on top of gravy and spread out the eggs over the top of the cheesy gravy and sausage mix.

    Top with 2 cups of mozzarella and 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese.

  6. Bake at 450 for 8 minutes and then switch to broil for another 4 minutes until cheese is browned on top.

    Allow to cool, serve and enjoy
