BBQ Beef on a Stick

Ingredients

  • Bottom round roast, sliced thin

  • Mama Sita's BBQ Marinade

  • Wooden/ bamboo skewers

Mamasita marinade on amazon.

Directions

  1. Slice roast thin or have it sliced from the butcher. Marinate for at least two hrs in the refrigerator.

  2. While charcoal is getting hot, skewer meat in a tight wavy fashion.

  3. Over charcoal, grill skewered meat for 2-3 minutes per side. Serve with rice or a salad and enjoy.
