…and the Picnic Lives continued!

As I mentioned in an earlier post; each day this week, one of us were going live with picnic savvy dishes and drinks. For a look back you can read about the Lives from Mon, Tues and Wed @FoodTokTV with a visit to our In The Kitchen post from 5.25.22

On Thursday, May 26th w/ @Cooking_Comedy_Chaos shook the Tiktok tree and took us to hot and spicy land with her version of a Firecracker Coleslaw, Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad, the infamous C3 take in a Grinder salad sandwich that’s been viral on Tiktok. Then Des cooled us down with a crunchy, creamy dessert fruit pizza.

Then on Friday May 27th, I got to share some of my favorites picnic “go-to’s” and tips with my unique twist on a Mango Jicama Citrus Salad with Blueberries (Savory Sweet), an additively cool and spicy Watermelon “Chili” w/toppings, along with some simple make-ahead Marinated “Antipasto Sticks”. Now hold on a minute—before shake your head at these combinations of flavors. Take a risk. Try something new. Who knows you might discover a whole now favorite dish.
