Al Fredo Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter

  • 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 2 Teaspoons Garlic Minced

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Italian Seasoning

  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

  • 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper

  • 2 Cups Grated Parmesan Cheese

Directions

  1. Add the butter, garlic, and cream to a 12-inch skillet.

  2. Simmer over low heat for 2 minutes.

  3. Whisk in the Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper for one minute.

  4. Whisk in the parmesan cheese until melted. If the sauce seems too thin, simmer for another minute. Sauce will thicken as it cools.

  5. Serve immediately.
